1.1.2. Provider means any company with which Getapay has the relevant contract and which is allowed to sign payment service agreements with merchants.
1.1.3. Services means Getapay’s consultancy services to find providers matching merchants’ parameters specified in the questionnaire and to ensure the merchants’ compliance with those providers’ requirements.
- Information which we collect
2.1. We collect your personal information only to the extent it is necessary to provide the Services.
2.2. When providing the Services, we collect the following types of personal data:
- information received during your use of the Getapay website;
- information you provide while filling in the Questionnaire.
2.3. The information includes but is not limited to:
- Country of company registration
- Type of company activities
- License availability
- Future payers’ countries and regions
- Positive processing history availability
- Estimated average monthly turnover
- Estimated maximum monthly turnover
- Estimated maximum monthly amount of transactions
- Preferred methods of accepted funds withdrawal
- Company website
2.4. The information requested in the Questionnaire is mandatory for receiving the service and your website integration to the payment service.
- How we use the information received
3.1. The information we receive when you use Getapay website is stored by us and we act as the information controller.
3.2. The information furnished by you in the Questionnaire constitutes an electronic document used for identification and provision of the service of website connection to the payment service.
3.3. The information you supply in the Questionnaire can only be transmitted to the provider if the latter is approved by the merchant, for the purpose of subsequent contract execution between the merchant and the provider.
3.4. Where a provider matching the merchant’s requirements stated in the Questionnaire cannot be found, the information received from the merchant shall be stored by Getapay.
- Third party access
4.1. We do not disclose your personal information to companies, organizations and/or any third parties.
4.2. The following exceptions apply to the above paragraph:
4.2.1. Information transfer to the provider. Getapay communicates information to the provider, whose requirements the merchant meets, for the purpose of providing the merchant’s website with payment services.
4.2.2. Information transfer under the law. Your personal data may be disclosed at the request of competent authorities in keeping with applicable laws.
4.2.3. Including but not limited to, if required by law, in connection with any court proceedings or for the purpose of exercising and protecting legal rights; in the event of sale or disposal of corporate rights.
4.2.4. When Getapay uses third party services to store data, send electronic messages and also to systemize and manage customer relations (CRM systems).
4.2.5. Third parties may only utilize user information to provide services; they are not allowed to disclose and use information for any other purpose.

Getapay assumes the following responsibilities:

6.2 to ensure the storage of confidential information in secret, not to disclose it without the prior written permission of the User, and also not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose in any other possible way the transmitted personal data of the User, with the exception of situations provided for in this Privacy Policy.
6.3. to take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the user’s personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this kind of information.
6.4. to block personal data related to the corresponding user from the moment of contacting or requesting the user or his legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification in case of revealing inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.
